• Details you give us — your name, email, phone number and delivery address when you create an account or place an order.
• Your orders and shopping activity — the items in your cart and wishlist, your orders, and any customisation choices you make.
• Messages you send us — through the website’s AI assistant, WhatsApp or email.
• Account and technical data — your sign-in and session information, and basic data needed to keep the site working and secure.

Payment information

We do not collect or store payment-card details. Orders are confirmed with a 50% deposit through Whish Money, and the balance is paid on delivery, in cash or through Whish Money.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• process, confirm and deliver your orders, and coordinate your delivery date;
• provide customer support, returns and warranty service;
• run the AI assistant so it can answer you and remember the context of your conversation;
• keep your account and our website secure; and
• meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Cookies

We use essential cookies that are needed for the website to work — for example, to keep you signed in and to remember what’s in your cart. We don’t currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

How we share your information

We share your information only where it’s needed to run our business — for example, with the team that delivers your order, and with Whish Money to take payment. We don’t sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which we delete or anonymise it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your account, by contacting us at [email protected]. We’ll respond as quickly as we can.

Children

Our website is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
