These terms apply when you use the Sabraoui Furniture website and when you place an order with us. Please read them so you know what to expect — and what we expect — when you shop with us.

Sabraoui Furniture (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a family-run furniture house based in Tyre, Lebanon. You can reach us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +961 3 740 287.
You can place an order on our website or at our showroom. After you order, we confirm it with you by phone within one business day and take a 50% deposit to begin production. Your order becomes a binding contract once we’ve confirmed it and received your deposit; until then it is a request to buy that we may decline — for example if a piece is unavailable.
All catalogue prices are in US dollars and include VAT where applicable. A quoted price is valid for 30 days unless your order confirmation says otherwise. You pay a 50% deposit through Whish Money to confirm your order, and the remaining 50% on delivery, in cash or through Whish Money.
Many pieces can be customised — you choose the finish, fabric and colour and can preview the result in 3D before you order. Because made-to-order and customised pieces are produced specifically for you, they can’t be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except where they arrive defective or damaged in shipping.
We deliver throughout Lebanon. Most orders arrive within about 15 working days of confirmation, and customised pieces within 15–20 working days; these are estimates and we coordinate the exact date with you. Delivery cost depends on your address and is confirmed on WhatsApp when you order. All pieces arrive fully assembled.
Stock items can be returned in their original condition with all packaging — contact us on WhatsApp and we arrange a free pickup. Made-to-order and customised pieces can’t be returned except for defects or shipping damage. If a piece arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Every piece carries a warranty on its structural integrity against defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use — 5 years on structural frames and 2 years on upholstery, engineered-wood frames and moving mechanisms. It doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, deliberate damage or commercial use. To make a claim, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos. We work to show our products, colours and finishes as accurately as possible. Screens vary, so actual colours and textures may differ slightly, and 3D previews are representations rather than exact reproductions of the finished piece.
If you create an account, keep your login details secure and don’t share them. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Please use our website lawfully. Don’t attempt to disrupt it, access it in unauthorised ways, or misuse its content.
The content on this website — including text, images, designs, and the Sabraoui Furniture name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.
We stand behind our products and the warranty above. To the extent the law allows, we’re not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can’t be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Beirut.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.
